We
can offer school groups from all ages through the primary sector at
Key Stage 1 and 2 the opportunity to have close contact and handling
with animals and birds of prey, to learn about their natural behaviour,
adaptation in the wild, food chains, and design for living.

A
safe environment for even the youngest of children, in a quiet location
far from the madding crowd, with experienced educators and teachers.
You
can cover a variety of topics through numeracy, science, art and history
during your visit to our 15th century farmstead,
where the animals are kept in a way they would have been in the Medieval
period. A guided tour of the historic features of the farmhouse can
also be included on request.
